There are several way to become happier which are be optimistic, live in the now, appreciate the details in life and write a thank you list.
The easiest way to become happy is to be an optimistic person. You may feel that some people are naturally negative, but it is this kind of thinking that prevents you from becoming fast. Maybe you can’t control your situation, but you can always change your mindset, try to see the good side of things, and don’t always think about negative things. To be optimistic, you must learn to change your views. When negative emotions emerge, you have to suppress them and think optimistically and rationally. Many times, those negative thoughts are because you think of the “worst case”. Associate with optimistic people and you will be infected by them.
Live in the now
To enjoy life at this moment, do not always regret the past or worry about the future. Learn to enjoy the conversation you are having, instead of worrying about what you are going to do tomorrow, or regretting what you said wrong 20 minutes ago. Learn to appreciate what is happening and drive away irrelevant negative thoughts. Obviously, this is not easy to do, but it will definitely make you particularly happy. It takes some time to do this, you can adjust yourself through yoga or pranayama.
Appreciate the details in life
If you want to be happy, you must learn to appreciate the big things and small things in life. When walking down the street, you can stop and admire the beautiful flowers on the side of the road at any time; buy a freshly baked dessert in the coffee shop and taste its wonderful taste; if your good friend sends you a funny text message, good Enjoy it. These little things may not be important, but they do make you happier. Set yourself a goal: notice at least five little things that make you happy every day. Slowly you will feel this natural, and you will find yourself smiling for something that you never thought was so special before.
Write a thank you list
Remind yourself who you are grateful for so that you will naturally be happy. Find a quiet room and write at least 10-15 things to be thankful for. It can be your friends, family, or the gardener in the park near your home. Being grateful for all the things that make you smile will definitely make you happier. Write them down and you will find that-I have so many people to thank, I am very happy. Keep this list at hand and add a few items every Sunday. Every time you read it from the beginning, you will feel that life is full of happiness. If you want to change it, you can make a “happiness jar”. Write the things that make you happy on a piece of paper, throw it into the jar, and when the jar is full, you will open it and relive the happy memories.
