KUALA LUMPUR: After a lengthy debate between opposition MPs and Deputy Minister Dr Noor Azmi Ghazali, the Dewan Rakyat approved the 2021 budget of the health ministry today.
In addition, with RM27.2 billion going to expenditure and RM4.7 billion to development, the ministry has been allocated RM31.9 billion.
Moreover, it was approved by voice voting, which indicated that the budget was agreed by the majority.
