China’s Xi says he wants to deepen relations with North Korea

China President Xi Jinping congratulated Kim Jong-un on the tenth anniversary of the establishment of the North Korean ruling party. He said he intends to deepen relations with Pyongyang. North Korean state media reported on October 10.
